Seems that the Proxy DNS we have at work has finally been updated so I can finally access my site at work. What does this mean, well for starters I should be able to post when at work which might mean I will post a lot more as I simply don’t have the energy to do so once I get home so fingers crossed I will actually have something interesting to write about just as soon as I think of something.
Still in the process of trying to get my photo gallery’s to display how I want them, so far its a bit of a hassle but I’m going to stick at it.

I think I’ve finally found the theme that I really like, It seems to structure the page how I’d have designed the page if I’d actually sat down and coded and photoshopped it myself which to be honest is what I should have done but I’m lazy and badly out of practice.
Lets see if I can work with it, just going to play around with add-ons and widgets till I get it how I want then I can work on the content.

Well finally after what is like 5 months or so, I’ve finally got around to sorting out my web hosting. So for what must be like the 4th time again, here is yet another welcome to the world type blog posts, what I will put on my blog is anyones guess but I am positive about actually putting some content and build it into something.
Not sure if I will keep the “template everyone else uses” but I will have to modify it enough to make it unique. I’ve also been looking into getting back into webdesign or try to pickup my skills or new ones, seems everything is all XML based these days, all I had was HTML, CSS and PHP all which I am sure still hold true to this day but not likely to the same extent.
Also looking to get back into Photoshop again something I’ve not done in years I ideally need to get a new computer as this one is long paste is usefulness and been limited to 1gb because of the dodgy motherboard is a little annoying when I need to Multitask. I am still debating on if I should get a desktop or a laptop, the latter would be more practical for space purposes but not really when it comes to desiging and learning new skills, meh who knows anyway.
