Abandoned Places: 10 Creepy, Beautiful Modern Ruins

I’ve been Stumbling again with StumbleUpon, again came across yet another fascinating selection of photos.This set of photos are of 10 Abandoned locations throughout the world . I’ve always found abandoned buildings and those that decay or the passing of time both interesting and fascinating, photos are great way to capture history, and photos of places that captures a event or place in history.
Take for example the Picture of the abandoned subway station in NYC, It was abandoned over 65 years ago yet much of its features and appearance have change little in that time, there is sign of decay but its it still looks as though it where still used today.

The World of Danbo

Having just recently stumbled upon a amazing plug-in for Firefox called StumbleUpon, I’ve so far had chance to experience a lot of cool art type stuff largely to do with photography. I’ve already got loads bookmarked and will likely get around including the links on my site, but one of the coolest gallery’s so far is of a little character called Danbo by BunnyRel who website can be found here
I really like the sharpness and the cuteness of these photo’s each one seems to stylised to capture an emotion or event which is what I enjoy about artistic photography, its quite inspirational I really need to get out there and start snapping.
